Process changes are organizational changes!

Principles of organizational changes:
  • Reorganizations are extensive, major changes. These changes disturb the continous development / evolution of the company.
  • Probably, indeed in the applicable sequence of major changes (reorganizations) and continous steps of development (evolutions) lies the sustainable success of companies.
  • The success may be due to, what in companies, by whom, how and when is reorganized, how strong or innovative the changes are and with which consecutive changes which consequences for which concerned individuums has to be calculated.
